After having the stomach flu this entire weekend … breakfast today:
only oats
almond milk
peppermint extract
1/4 scoop protein powder chocolate
egg whites on the side
dooo it!
Awesome breakfast:
1/3 c ezekiel flax cereal
1/3 c unsweetened almond milk
10 almonds
Cinnamon
on the side: 4 egg whites with nutritional yeast
Go make it now !!!

Sore from pull ups yesterday !!!:) didn’t have a good weekend eating wise but it seems to have benefitted me….but now back to eating healthy and being kind to my body.
